Waterlane Christmas Menu

Waterlane, Hawkhurst

I’ve admittedly never been or visited Waterlane, but I have heard so many good things about it and it’s always been on my list of must -visits, so when I got the call about photographing their Christmas menu, I jumped at the chance!

Waterlane is an idyllic walled garden, glasshouse restaurant and shop, beautiful with every season and filled with great energy, wonderful people and delicious food, most of which is inspired by the working kitchen garden. 

Owned and run by Nick Selby and Ian James, who took on the amazing project of renovating the garden a few years ago now bring this magical space to life in the next chapter of it’s incredible history, and what a job they are doing.

The garden is the work of the team alongside experts in the industry and is quite frankly what dreams are made of, even during the winter months. This is just a small part however of a much wider and exciting restoration project in an attempt to make Waterlane accessible for all and place where people can explore, eat, drink, shop, play and ultimately loose themselves in all it’s raw, natural beauty.
